I trust my mom and my daughters because they know what I am about and they would never hurt me. When I tell my mom some of my secret fears, she would never judge me and she's not a "big mouth". My daughters, both 11 and 23 years old, are so much like me.

Last month, I wanted to send my mom a "thinking of you" card. My card kinda got on the messy side , so I didn't. I sent my mom a mother's day card last year. She love beautiful and elaborate cards.

If I were a colour, I would be any shade of pink. Wow! One might ask why of all colours, pink. Pink, to me, represents optimism, happiness and it is a very sexy colour.

My word for the week would be love. Growing up in the late '60's and most of the 1970's, Manners and compassion were prevalent and strong. Everybody looked after each other and strangers bonded. What has happened? my advice to everyone is to love and know yourself; if not, no one else will either.
